Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Hussain Qabazard ("we") about the 6ayarti app and website. By using 6ayarti you accept them. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms add to it.

1. Not for navigation or safety

6ayarti is for information and interest only. Flight data comes from third parties and volunteer receivers. It can be delayed, incomplete, estimated or wrong, and some aircraft are deliberately not shown. Do not use 6ayarti for navigation, air-traffic purposes, flight operations, or any decision where safety or money depends on it. Estimated positions and "likely routes" are labelled as such.

2. Accounts

You may use 6ayarti as a guest or create an account. Keep your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

3. Pro subscription

• 6ayarti Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Features included in Pro, and limits of the free plan, are described in the app and may change; we will not remove a core Pro feature during a period you have already paid for.

4. Ads

The free plan shows ads provided by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape or resell data from 6ayarti or its server, try to get around limits or security, use the service to harass or track people, or interfere with it. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

6. Data sources and licences

Aircraft positions contain information from ADSB.lol, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Maps © OpenStreetMap contributors, OpenMapTiles and OpenFreeMap; satellite imagery by EOX (Sentinel-2 cloudless 2016, CC BY 4.0); weather from NOAA's Aviation Weather Center; aircraft photos © their photographers via Planespotters.net. The full list is in the app (Profile → Data sources & licences). Airline names and codes belong to their owners; 6ayarti is not affiliated with any airline or airport.

7. Liability

6ayarti is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by inaccurate, delayed or missing flight data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Questions: h.qabazard99@gmail.com.
