Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the 6ayarti app ("6ayarti", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. 6ayarti is provided by Hussain Qabazard. Contact: h.qabazard99@gmail.com.
The short version
- You can use 6ayarti without creating an account.
- We do not sell your data and we do not store your IP address.
- Your location stays on your phone; it is used only to centre the map when you tap the locate button.
- Free users see ads from Google AdMob, which asks for your consent where the law requires it. Pro has no ads.
- You can download or delete everything we hold about you from inside the app.
What we store on our servers

If you create an e-mail account, your e-mail address and password are held by Google Firebase Authentication, not in our database. We never see your password. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real e-mail.
Aircraft data (positions, call signs, registrations) is about aircraft, not about you. We hide aircraft whose owners asked to be hidden (the FAA LADD and PIA programmes) and never show aircraft owners' names or addresses.

Ads, consent and tracking
On first use of the free plan, Google's consent form appears where required (for example in the EEA and UK). On iPhone, the app asks for permission to track only after that; if you decline, ads are not personalised. You can change your ad choices at any time in Profile → Ad privacy choices. Subscribing to Pro removes ads.
Your choices and rights
- Download your data: Profile → Export my data.
- Delete your account: Profile → Delete account. This erases your data from our database immediately and removes your sign-in account. Subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play settings — deleting the account does not stop store billing. You can also e-mail us to ask for deletion.
- Usage counting: Profile → turn off "Share anonymous usage counts".
- Location and notifications: controlled in your phone's settings.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may also have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
6ayarti is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our database is limited to the operator. No method is perfectly secure, but we keep what we store small on purpose.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes and tell you in the app if a change is significant.

باختصار
- تقدر تستخدم التطبيق بدون إنشاء حساب.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نخزّن عنوان IP الخاص بك.
- موقعك يبقى على جهازك، ويُستخدم فقط لتوسيط الخريطة عندما تضغط زر تحديد الموقع.
- مستخدمو الخطة المجانية يشاهدون إعلانات من Google AdMob الذي يطلب موافقتك حيث يلزم القانون. اشتراك Pro بدون إعلانات.
- تقدر تنزّل أو تحذف كل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق.
ما نخزّنه على خوادمنا
- معرّف حساب عشوائي وطريقة الدخول (ضيف أو بريد إلكتروني أو Apple) — حتى تحذف حسابك.
- الإعدادات: اللغة والمظهر والوحدات ونمط الخريطة والمنطقة — حتى تحذف حسابك.
- الطائرات والمطارات المفضلة والرحلات المتابَعة وعمليات البحث المحفوظة والتنبيهات — حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك.
- إعدادات الإشعارات وساعات الهدوء ورمز الإشعارات لجهازك والإشعارات المرسلة (تُحذف بعد 90 يومًا).
- حالة الاشتراك (نشط، تاريخ الانتهاء، المتجر) — حتى تحذف حسابك؛ سجلات الفوترة 400 يوم.
- أعداد يومية وشهرية للأجهزة النشطة محفوظة فقط كبصمات مشفّرة باتجاه واحد (حوالي 13 شهرًا و26 شهرًا). تقدر توقفها من صفحة حسابي.
إذا أنشأت حسابًا بالبريد الإلكتروني فإن بريدك وكلمة المرور تحفظهما خدمة Google Firebase وليس قاعدة بياناتنا، ولا نرى كلمة المرور أبدًا.
بيانات الطائرات تخص الطائرات وليس أنت. نخفي الطائرات التي طلب ملاكها إخفاءها (برنامجا LADD وPIA) ولا نعرض أسماء الملاك أو عناوينهم.
الخدمات التي تعالج البيانات لصالحنا
- Cloudflare: استضافة خادم التطبيق وقاعدة البيانات والحماية من إساءة الاستخدام.
- Google Firebase: تسجيل الدخول.
- Google AdMob (الخطة المجانية فقط): الإعلانات وقياسها — معرّفات الجهاز والإعلان (على iPhone بإذنك فقط)، موقع تقريبي من عنوان IP، التفاعل مع الإعلانات.
- RevenueCat وApp Store وGoogle Play: الاشتراكات. الدفع تتولاه Apple أو Google ولا نرى بيانات البطاقة.
- Expo وخدمات إشعارات Apple وGoogle: إيصال التنبيهات.
- Planespotters.net: صور الطائرات (يحمّلها جهازك مباشرة فيرى عنوان IP والطائرة التي فتحتها).
- خوادم الخرائط OpenFreeMap وEOX وAmazon Web Services: صور الخريطة والأقمار الصناعية والتضاريس.
الإعلانات والموافقة والتتبع
عند استخدام الخطة المجانية يظهر نموذج موافقة Google حيث يلزم. على iPhone يطلب التطبيق إذن التتبع بعد ذلك فقط، وإذا رفضت تكون الإعلانات غير مخصّصة. تقدر تغيّر اختياراتك في حسابي ← خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات. الاشتراك في Pro يزيل الإعلانات.
خياراتك وحقوقك
- تنزيل بياناتك: حسابي ← تصدير بياناتي.
- حذف الحساب: حسابي ← حذف الحساب. يمسح بياناتك من قاعدة بياناتنا فورًا ويحذف حساب الدخول. الاشتراك يُلغى من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play — حذف الحساب لا يوقف فوترة المتجر. تقدر أيضًا تراسلنا لطلب الحذف.
- إحصاءات الاستخدام: حسابي ← أوقف «مشاركة إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة».
- الموقع والإشعارات: من إعدادات جهازك.
بحسب مكان إقامتك قد تكون لك حقوق إضافية (مثل الاطلاع والتصحيح والاعتراض). راسلنا وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه عند تغيير السياسة ونبلغك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهريًا.
