Why is a flight missing or not moving?

Positions come from volunteer ADS-B receivers. Where there are few receivers, aircraft can disappear for a while or show an older position (the badge on the map shows how old the data is). Some aircraft are hidden at their owners' request.

How do I cancel Pro?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → 6ayarti. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → 6ayarti. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel the subscription.

I changed phones — how do I get Pro back?

Sign in with the same account, then Profile → 6ayarti Pro → Restore purchases.

Delete your account and data

1. Open 6ayarti → Profile → Delete account and confirm.
2. Your favourites, alerts, followed flights, saved searches, settings, push tokens and subscription status are erased from our database immediately, and your sign-in account is removed.
3. Hashed, anonymous usage counts cannot be linked back to you and expire on their own (13–26 months).

Can't open the app? E-mail h.qabazard99@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account within 30 days. Remember to cancel any subscription in the store yourself.
